Greetings,
My name is Raphael Gentry and I'm a proud native from Saginaw, Michigan. I have 10 years of teaching experience as a college professor at Spelman College and on campus, I’m known as Professor G.

Currently, I'm excited about working on my dissertation. I have completed my coursework and will be receiving a Ph.D. in International Education in 2022. For me, having a career that makes room for my education was priceless. Therefore, I created a job that works around my busy life. Not only am I a professor, but a I’m also a loving father, business owner, motivational speaker, and world traveler! Running my own Airbnb business has giving me the financial security I needed so I can focus on what’s truly important in life.
After many days of trial and error I have created a full proof method for success in the short-term rental industry. This method has been taught and proven to work on AIRBNB, VRBO, Booking.com, Etc.
